Following the wonderful feedback from our recent toileting seminar, we’re delighted to welcome local occupational therapist Jane Harling (First 5 Occupational Therapy) back to Chapel Hill Kindy for this highly anticipated information session.
This session will explore co-regulation, including:
- The neuroscience behind meltdowns and regulation
- Common triggers for both parents and children
- Practical, evidence-based strategies for helping children regulate their emotions
Jane is a registered occupational therapist with more than 10 years’ experience in Queensland paediatric hospital and community services. Through First 5 Occupational Therapy, she supports infants and children from birth to five years, along with their families.
The session is open to Chapel Hill Kindy families and the wider community.
